Beyin her zaman zayıflamaya hazır olmalıdır. &amp;Ouml;n&amp;uuml;ne konulan nefis bir baklava i&amp;ccedil;in, &amp;ldquo;Hayır ben yemem&amp;rdquo; diyecek azme sahip olmalıdır. Nefsinin &amp;ccedil;ektiği gıdalarda taviz verirse, diyetinden fayda g&amp;ouml;rmez. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mideyi k&amp;uuml;&amp;ccedil;&amp;uuml;ltmeden yapılacak b&amp;uuml;t&amp;uuml;n diyetlerin etkisi sınırlı kalır, iradesini kaybettiği an daha fazla yiyip i&amp;ccedil;mesine, daha fazla kilo almasına sebep olur. Her şeyden &amp;ouml;nce mideyi b&amp;uuml;y&amp;uuml;ltecek veya mevcut b&amp;uuml;y&amp;uuml;k şekli dolduracak kadar &amp;ccedil;ok yiyip i&amp;ccedil;memeli.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diyette esas v&amp;uuml;cudun ihtiya&amp;ccedil; duyduğu gıdaları, mineralleri, vitaminleri eksiksiz almalı; ama harcanan kalori alınan kaloriden fazla olmalı.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zayıflarken v&amp;uuml;cudun temel &amp;ccedil;atısını bozmamalı, her g&amp;uuml;n yeterli proteini mutlaka almalı. Protein kaybı ile olan zayıflama, ger&amp;ccedil;ekte v&amp;uuml;cuttan su kaybedilmesidir. Normal diyete ge&amp;ccedil;ince, kaybedilen su v&amp;uuml;cut tarafından tutulur ve eski kiloya geri d&amp;ouml;n&amp;uuml;l&amp;uuml;r. Ayrıca v&amp;uuml;cudun adale yapısı da eriyerek v&amp;uuml;cutta &amp;ccedil;&amp;ouml;kme olur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zayıflamak ge&amp;ccedil;ici bir uygulama değil, &amp;ouml;m&amp;uuml;r boyu s&amp;uuml;recek bir iştir.
